Shipping Policy

In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available, or some of our products may be shipped from different locations. If you order two different items they may arrive in separate shipments. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided.

Delivery Address supplied to Umhauers

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Umhauers cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. Umhauers is not liable for any delay, losses and/or damage of items due to changes of delivery address after checkout, or mistakes made by buyers.

We are unable to deliver goods to PO Box addresses as all delivery orders are sent via courier services.

A re-delivery fee will be charged to buyers for items that are undeliverable and/or returned to Umhauers due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery.

Items will only be delivered during normal business hours (9am to 5pm AEST) on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

Delivery Time Frames

Please allow at least two weeks for delivery from the receipt of your order and payment for your order. Delivery time is subject to stock availability, this period may be extended by up to 30 days by us and we will endeavour to provide you with reasonable notice of that extension.

The delivery times provided by Umhauers are estimates only.  Umhauers will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.


Delivery Fees

We use a selection of courier services, Australia Posts e-parcel and Star Track depending on the weight and dimensions of products. Courier deliveries are made during business hours, Monday to Friday only.

Your delivery cost will vary depending on the size, weight and location of the products you choose to purchase as well as your delivery location of choice. Normally the larger the item, the more expensive delivery will be.
